Introduction to alternative rapid analysis methods used in enterprises and various laboratories
This course covers the definition, importance, and application areas of rapid analysis methods; rapid methods used in food, water, environmental, and feed analyses; NIR technology, ATP bioluminescence, ELISA tests, biosensor applications, and rapid microbiological analysis techniques; rapid test kits used in hygiene monitoring; as well as the advantages, limitations, and comparison of rapid analysis methods with conventional analytical methods
