Objectives of the Course

To teach the structure, operation, and planning processes of food production facilities, and to provide students with fundamental knowledge about the establishment of food factories, organization of production areas, hygiene practices, labeling, and the operation of different food production lines.

Course Content

This course covers the general structure of food factories, planning of production areas, hygiene and sanitation practices, food labeling processes, packaging systems, production lines and process flow, biscuit, chocolate, snack, dairy, and meat product manufacturing facilities, as well as the establishment and layout planning of food factories.
