Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is; Recognizing edible wild plants that grow spontaneously in the natural flora, learning their botanical properties, examining their traditional and modern usage areas, evaluating their nutritional values ??and teaching sustainable use methods. In addition, it is aimed for students to gain awareness about local plant diversity and to be able to evaluate the economic potential of wild plants.
