Objectives of the Course

To know early childhood policies in Turkey and in the World, examine the applications of these policies, constructing teacher candidates’ perceptions and understandings toward the profession in the context of early childhood policies, and comparing different early childhood programs’ development, goals and content.

Knowing and examining early childhood policies in Turkey and in the world, constructing teacher candidates’ perceptions and understandings toward the profession in the context of early childhood policies, developing a perspective about issues of early childhood policies, explaining the content and importance of early childhood services, comparing different early childhood programs’ development, goals and content, examining national and international examples of issues related to early childhood education policies
