Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with knowledge about the basic principles and types of reasoning skills in line with the cognitive developmental characteristics of children in early childhood. Through this course, students will understand children's reasoning processes and will be equipped to design effective interventions to support skills in the reasoning process.

Course Content

This course examines the basic principles and types of reasoning and the development of reasoning skills in early childhood. Within the scope of the course, basic concepts of reasoning and theories of cognitive development will be examined. Content that can be applied to support children's reasoning skills will be discussed with examples during the course.
