Objectives of the Course

To teach students Eastern philosophies and concepts. Instruct to students Persian, Korean, Indian, Tibetian, Chinese, Japonese philosophies and concepts.

1.To be able to explain Eastern philosophy
2.To be able to identify Persian, Korean, Indian, Tibetian, Chinese, Japonese philosophies and concepts
3.To be able to explain Sufism, Confucianism, Taoism, Hinduism, İslam, Shintoism and Budism
4.To know the eastern sources of Western thought.
5.To be able to relate Eastern thought and philosophy.
