Objectives of the Course

The objective of the course is to enable students to view the social interactions from inter-personal and intergroup perspectives; to identify some theoretical approaches and results of scientific research that help to understand and explain behaviors and interactions of individuals as members of social groups.

Learning Outcomes

1.	know the subject area of social psychology and major theoretical and methodological approaches of social psychology.
2.	2. know concepts and explanations about how individuals influenced by other individuals in various environments.
3.	3. understand and explain the processes related the social construction of the world by the individual
4.	4. define the concept of attitude and explain the relationship between attitude and behavior and, know major theoretical explanations about attitude change.
5.	5. know major social psychological concepts and explanations about self, identity, self-presentation and impression-management.
6.	know the concepts and major explanations about interpersonal attraction.
