Objectives of the Course

The main objective of the course is to learn the structure and characteristics of Turkish administrative law. In this context, the organic and functional evaluation of the administration constitutes the scope of this course.

1.Learn the place and importance of Turkish Administrative Law among the legal systems in the world.
2.Learn the principle of the rule of law, which is based on justice and equality, affecting the administration.
3.Learn the distinction between centralized and localized administration in the Turkish administrative organization.
4.Distinguish between the concepts of administrative process, administrative action and administrative contract.
5.Learn the meaning of the concept of public service in Turkish administrative law.
6.Learns the distinction between private property of the administration and public property.
7.Learn about the status of public servants and civil servants.
