Objectives of the Course

This course aims to explain the importance of biochemistry in the animal organism, provide fundamental knowledge of nutritional biochemistry, describe the general properties of organic compounds and the biochemical properties of water and its role in nutrition, and cover the biochemistry and nutritional significance of carbohydrates, proteins, lipids, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes, with examples related to animal nutrition
