Objectives of the Course

The purpose of this course is to teach the students' stressors in the process of vocational training that will help to cope psycho-education program, the development of professional identity of individuals solve problems more effectively and be encouraged to develop social skills

Course Content

This course includes the awareness of feeling and thinking, cognitive distortions, empathy, and involves developing safe behavior.

1.To recognise the awareness of self feelings, thoughts and attitudes
2.To be able aware of what he did when experiencing different emotions and what is happening in his body
3.To be able to explain the relationship between student's feelings, thoughts and reactions
4.To be able to comprehend that our emotions and reactions are provoked by not the events itself but by our own thoughts and beliefs about that event
5.To be aware of irrational beliefs and thoughts within himself and other people
6.To be able to express the importance of empathic communication in making communication eaiser
7.To be able to realize the importance of "I" language to express himself/herself
8.To be able to develop confident behavior without being influenced by others
9.To be able to distinguish assertive, aggressive and passive behavior
10.To be able to develop new solutions by questionning the causes and solutions to his problems in accordance with reflection process
