The aim of this course is to teach leadership concept in nursing and to gain analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
This course includes the basic concepts, theories, principles and applications of leadership in nursing.
| 1. | Knows the factors that may affect nursing care practices in health and / or illness conditions of individuals, families and society in line with basic human needs. |
| 2. | Define the concept of leadership in nursing |
| 3. | Define the elements of power and occupational power in nursing. |
| 4. | Learns conflict management and improves communication skills. |
