Objectives of the Course

İşletmede insan kaynakları yönetimine dair genel bilgiler dahilinde, insan kaynakları planlaması, örgütlenmesi, yöneltilmesi ve denetlenmesine yönelik temel bilgilerin verilmesi amaçlanmıştır.

Course Content

Ders kapsamında insan kaynaklarının yönetimine dair planlama, işe alım, eğitim, performans değerlendirme, ücretlendirme ve kariyer yönetimine dair genel bilgiler verilmektedir.
