The aim of this course is for students; To provide the students to learn and comprehend the concept of public relations, its aims, functions, methods and techniques used, its application areas, and its relations with other disciplines.
The basic concepts of public relations, historical development process, basic principles of public relations, public relations theories, recognition, promotion, corporate image, corporate culture, corporate identity, internal and external public relations practices, propaganda, advertising, press Bulletin, crisis management, marketing, lobbying, reputation management, perception management etc. related concepts will be given and public relations practices will be examined in food and beverage businesses
