Objectives of the Course

Within the scope of marketing, to encourage students to improve their ability to analyze consumer related problems in the food and beverage sector, as well as to accumulate knowledge of general concepts about consumers.

Course Content

In addition to the cognitive acquisitions related to consumer definition, classifications and typologies, examinations on the concepts used in the consumer-oriented marketing approach such as expectations, satisfaction, knowledge research, behavioral intent and loyalty are made through case studies.
