Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge of visual effects (VFX) production processes and to develop competencies in digital compositing, motion tracking, chroma keying, particle systems, 3D integration, and cinematic visual effects production techniques. At the end of the course, students are expected to produce creative and technically competent visual effects projects at a professional standard.

Course Content

Historical development of visual effects, VFX production pipeline, digital compositing, color correction, motion tracking, rotoscoping, keying techniques, particle and simulation systems, integration of 3D objects with live-action footage, matte painting, virtual production, and AI-assisted visual effects applications through theoretical and practical studies.
