This course aims to cultivate students' intellectual knowledge of social, cultural, and political events while opening them up to multidisciplinary insights beyond their standard curriculum. It further seeks to develop their capacity for critical inquiry and analytical thinking.

By participating in seminars delivered by field experts, students will develop the capacity to critically engage with public debates on science, technology, society, politics, and culture outside their core discipline. Students will successfully complete both the seminar and program requirements.
