The aim of this course is to enable students to develop innovative, interactive and aesthetic publishing formats by effectively using multimedia environment techniques and digital production tools in the field of visual communication. Additionally, the course aims to train qualified communication professionals and media specialists who promote paperless publishing ecosystems in the context of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal on Responsible Consumption and Production, and who are capable of transforming their creative ideas into a portfolio that meets academic and professional ethical standards.
This course explains how publishing is applied in the digital environment, encompassing topics such as digital publishing, printing and photography applications, press and publication, web design, document creation, marketing, advertising, and graphic design.
| 1. | Designs and produces multimedia projects suitable for the target audience using current software, hardware, and AI-based tools belonging to the digital publishing ecosystem. |
| 2. | Develops e-magazine, e-book, and digital platform contents in accordance with user experience (UX/UI) principles and sustainable publishing guidelines. |
| 3. | Evaluates professional ethical principles in digital publishing and copyright processes, as well as the legal boundaries in the use of AI tools, with a critical approach. |
| 4. | Creates and presents interactive digital publishing outputs, covering the solution process of communication and publishing problems, as a comprehensive professional portfolio. |
