Objectives of the Course

The student will learn about the mental and physical effects of breathing, breathing techniques, types of stress, methods of coping with stress, breath-stress relationship, breath-stress interaction in body weight management and control, and will understand its importance in the protection and development of health.

Course Content

Providing stress and weight management with correct breathing techniques; understand the relationship between breathing and stress and use breathing techniques in stress management; To be able to combine weight management and breathing techniques, to apply breathing exercises to the negativities related to body weight control and management caused by stress.
