Objectives of the Course

To provide students with information on the development of Artistic Gymnastics in the world and in Turkey, the tools in Artistic gymnastics, the points to be considered in teaching, safety, assistance, landing and falling down, teaching methods of basic skills and Artistic gymnastics competition organization.

Course Content

General information about artistic gymnastics, historical development of artistic gymnastics, introduction of male and female equipment, safety precautions in the training and competition environment, qualifications of a fully equipped gymnastics hall, competition rules and competition organization for women and men, talent selection, school, club and family relations in the development of gymnastics. Educational value in terms of child arrival, organizational structure of the federation, measures to be taken in dissemination of artistic gymnastics culture, transition to basic skills and movement connections in place, balance, jumping table for girls, and parallel, floor, pull-ups, jumping table and ring equipment for boys in asymmetrical direction,

9.To be able to comprehend the general features of competition organizations in artistic gymnastics,
