The aim of this course is to gain the knowledge, attitude, skills for the selected defense sports and the knowledge and skills that can provide instruction / consultancy for use.
Learning the techniques of kicking with hands, learning the techniques of kicking with the foot, learning the application principles of batting techniques, learning the principles of defense, learning about defense sports, learning close defense techniques.
