Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to introduce the concepts related to project management and to develop the project management skills of the students.

Course Content

Project definition, classification, project organization, Project Structure plans, programming techniques, time-Source-Cost planning, project risk analysis, project documentation, computer aided project planning (MS Project).
