Objectives of the Course

Classical, neoclassical and modern organisational theories, researching organisations as a social system, the processes of determining organisational goals and organisational strategy, organisational structure and design, organisational communication. In addition, another aim is to provide information about the management structures of Turkish Sports Organisation in the historical process, the structure of today's sports management and the application of total quality management approach in sports.

Course Content

Basic concepts in organisational structure and design, development of organisational theory, organisational structure and environment, management sciences and sports management, sports organisations before and after the republic, today's sports federations will be given information about.
