The legal regulations related to collective labor law are examined in causal relation with case studies. To gain the ability of problem solving ability of theoretical knowledge related to the events in practice.
Collective Labor Agreement Strike and Lockout Act, Trade Unions Law and the Supreme Court decisions and case studies related to the laws.
