1.To be able to acquire basic concepts of ecology
2.To be able to acquire environmental problems and find solutions to these problems.
3.To be able to comprehend the importance of environmental education in science education.
4. being able to question Turkey's enviromental administration and policies and to compare these policies with the best practices at international level
5. being able to make strategies related with current and potencial enviromental problems at local, national and international level
