Objectives of the Course

To learn the structure, functions, metabolism and determination methods of carbohydrates

Course Content

Classification, structure, functions and metabolism of carbohydrates. Gluconeogenesis, glycolysis, pentos phosphate pathway, krebs and oxidative phosphorylation. Carbohydrate determination methods.
