Objectives of the Course

It aims to give information about the principles and techniques of transmission electron microscope (TEM).

Course Content

Preparation steps of TEM, which allows examination of cell details; Taking tissue from living organisms, fixation, dehydration, transparency, embedding (blocking), trimming, sectioning (ultramicrotome) and evaluation under the microscope.
