Objectives of the Course

This course aims to examine learning and development processes in organizations from a strategic perspective. Participants will gain knowledge and skills in designing, implementing, evaluating, and aligning training and development programs with organizational outcomes.

Course Content

This course provides a comprehensive overview of individual and organizational learning processes in the workplace. It covers a wide range of topics including learning theories, organizational learning models, training needs assessment, instructional design, digital learning technologies, and coaching and mentoring practices. Students will explore how learning and development activities can be strategically aligned with organizational goals, measured for effectiveness, and used to support performance improvement. The course integrates theoretical foundations with real-world applications through case studies and practical examples.
