Objectives of the Course

The main purpose of this course to provide a working knowledge of Semi-Riemannian Geometry.

Course Content

Symmetric bilinear forms and scalar products, The Levi-Civita connections, Geodesics and exponential maps, curvature, type-changing and metric contraction, differential operators, Ricci and scalar curvature, semi-Riemannian submanifolds.
