The aim is to enable students to understand the fundamental concepts of organizational behavior and the factors influencing behavior at the individual, group, and organizational levels; and to equip them with the knowledge and skills to analyze employee attitudes and behaviors, communicate effectively, adapt to teamwork, evaluate leadership processes, and develop solutions to increase organizational effectiveness.

This course covers the concept and development of organizational behavior, disciplines contributing to organizational behavior, issues that organizational behavior can solve, task performance and organizational citizenship behavior, diversity in organizations, attitudes and work attitudes, job satisfaction and factors affecting job satisfaction, emotions and mood states, emotional labor and emotional intelligence, leadership and leadership theories, leadership behaviors, fundamental elements of organizational structure, organizational culture, and change and stress management in organizations. The course aims to develop students' teamwork, collaboration, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational process evaluation skills.
