Objectives of the Course

Nanotechnology, development of nanotechnology, to have information about nanostructures used in the food and dairy industry. Nanotechnology applications in the dairy industry and to be informed about the current work carried out in this regard.

Course Content

The definition of nanotechnology; development and objectives of nanotechnology; the methods used for the nano production and nanotechnology; the methods used in characterization of nanostructures; usage of nanostructures in food industry such as nanobiyopolymers, nanocomposites, nanoplastics; usage of nanostructures in dairy industry and examination of the current studies on the dairy industry.
