Objectives of the Course

Giving basic knowledge to get hygiene and sanitation, properties of cleaning and detergents materials to be used with the principle of transferring, quality assurance and given data associated with sanitation programmes organization are purposed.

Transferred of depending on relationship of microorganisms and sanitation, giving information on cleaning and disinfection, and properties of substances used in the field of quality assurance and sanitation programs to have information about the development.
