Objectives of the Course

The aim of the course is to gain the ability of researching, reporting and presenting on a specific subject in food and beverage and tourism sector.

Course Content

Within the scope of the course, researches are made on determined issues related to management functions related to tourism and food sector, reports are prepared and general information about presentation is given and the students do research.
