Objectives of the Course

The aim of this course is to examine contemporary human resource management practices from a strategic perspective and evaluate current approaches such as digitalization, sustainability, employee experience, and talent management. The course aims to enable students to relate theoretical knowledge to practical examples, current research, and case analyses.

Course Content

This course aims to examine contemporary human resource management practices within strategic and current perspectives. The course covers topics including transformation in human resource management, talent management, career and mentoring practices, training and development processes, performance management, compensation systems, employee experience, diversity and inclusion policies, digitalization, artificial intelligence applications, and sustainable human resource management. Throughout the course, students are expected to evaluate contemporary HRM practices through theoretical frameworks, case analyses, and current organizational applications.
